About Lyricsung
Updated
Lyricsung sings lyrics you wrote. You paste your words and pick a style, and an AI music model composes a melody for them, arranges the music and sings them, giving you two versions in about a minute. The voices are made by AI, not recorded by singers. Lyricsung is run by NorthBright Labs LLC.

Who Lyricsung is for
Lyricsung is for people who already have the words: lyrics kept in a notebook or on a phone, a poem, a verse written for someone’s birthday. So the lyrics box comes first, a row of buttons above it adds labels such as [Verse] and [Chorus], and a counter under it shows roughly how long your words will run once they are sung. The music is the part we add; the words stay yours.
How a song is made from your lyrics
When you press Make my song, your lyrics, the style you picked and the part labels go to a third-party AI music model. The model sets your lines to a melody, builds the backing music in that style and sings the words with a synthetic voice. Each run returns two takes, and running the same lyrics again gives you new ones.
Choosing a voice, such as female, male, a duet or a choir, asks for a kind of voice, never a particular singer, and the model won’t sing lyrics from a song someone else released. Our guide to what changes between your page and the song covers the rest, and the song structure guide shows how to lay out the parts.
What happens to your words
Songs are private until you share a link; nothing you make appears in a public list. We never put a writer’s lyrics or songs on this site without asking them first. Personal use only for now: commercial licences aren’t offered yet. The lyrics themselves remain yours. The terms and privacy policy give the details.
How we write and test
The pages on Lyricsung are drafted with AI. Before one goes up, we check it against our own measurements and against the product itself, and we sign it as the Lyricsung team rather than inventing a writer.
- The figures are our own measurements. Each number has a line under it saying what was counted and over which dates. We count songs sung from lyrics people wrote themselves, on the same AI music engine Lyricsung runs on, and leave our own test songs out.
- No single writer can tilt a figure. A share or a typical value goes on a page only if no one writer accounts for more than a quarter of the songs behind it. Where that doesn’t hold, the page gives advice instead of a number.
- Product facts come from the product. Prices, limits and the free allowance are read from the code that applies them, through one list that every page uses, so the pages can’t disagree with the app or with each other.
- Outside facts link to their source. When a page relies on someone else’s finding, such as the US Copyright Office’s report on AI and copyright, it links to the original and gives its date.
- Example songs are ours. Any song a page plays as an example is one we made from lyrics we wrote, and the page says so. A visitor’s song appears only with their permission.
- Each page is checked before it goes up. We trace every figure back to our measurement files, follow every link and read the page on a phone-sized screen.
- Dates move only with the content. The date under a page’s title changes when what the page says changes. If you find a mistake, write to support@lyricsung.com; we correct the page and update its date.
